Covarrubias Carpet & Floor Cleaning Services

Cleaning Seattle's carpets since 1995.

I use the Hot Water Extraction cleaning method, also known as steam cleaning. This is the only method classified as deep cleaning, as other methods such as foam, shampoo, bonnet, and dry cleaning are only "light surface cleaning."

With my Altra 400 extractor, and the highest-quality hypo-allergenic cleaning solutions, your carpets will be truly deep-cleaned. I use only solutions that are child- and pet-safe. Drying time is shorter than you expect, thanks to my powerful air-movers.

You can click to read Types of Carpet Cleaning and see why my method is the best.

Keeping your carpets clean: Vacuuming your carpets regularly will reduce soilage and dust accumulation, prolonging the time between professional carpet cleanings.

TIPS from professional carpet cleaners Bane-Clene®:

Carpet in a typical household should be professionally cleaned every 12 to 18 months depending upon the number of residents, amount and type of activity, and whether the carpet is light or dark color.

The world's largest carpet manufacturer, Shaw Industries, recommends professional cleaning over “Do-It-Yourself” because of the potential problems that can occur from using rental equipment - such as yellowing, overwetting, fiber tip damage, severe resoiling, overuse of detergents, etc.

Most rental units available do not adequately clean and may actually damage the carpet.
